SPCA Penang is a non profit organization whose aim is to help to educate responsible pet ownership. We have activities and programs to raise the awareness of animal welfare. Some of these activities include fund raising in order for us to continue to run this animal shelter. We provide shelter for fit stray or abandoned animals and try our best effort to re-home them. The numbers of abandon pets and strays collected are high and due to resources constraint, we abhors the practice of euthanasia.
